Profile:  Ozzie was born and raised in Pearland,Texas. His  family has called Pearland their home for more than 60 years. Ozzie is married and has 3 children. Ozzie is the owner of Capital Trust Realty and Financial and AskOzzie.com.  His wife is a school teacher and is currently working on completing her masters degree. He is proud to call Pearland his home. Although he loves the growth Pearland has seen, he sometimes wishes things were like they used to be when Pearland pretty much stopped at Cullen and FM518. He loves Texas and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world.
 

Work Experience:  His first job was making $80 a week working at Brookside Grocery on Brookside Rd. at the age of 13. After working at Brookside Grocery for a few years he changed jobs and began working at Weiner's clothing store at the age of 15. His next job was working at Big Humphrey's from the age of 16 to 18 years old. His next job would be the job that taught him the most. From the age of 18 to the age of 24 Ozzie would find himself managing one fo the most successful restaurants in Houston, Pappasito's. While working at Pappasito's in 2005, Ozzie went to school and got his real estate license. In April of 2005 Ozzie would begin his career as a Licensed REALTOR®. At the age of 25 Ozzie began managing Chipotle Mexican Grill as he began building his real estate firm: Capital Trust Realty. In 2006 at the age of 26 Ozzie departed from the restaurant industry and began pursuing his real estate career full time. In that same year Ozzie would win an award as a Top Producing REALTOR® in the 4th quarter of 2006 according to the Houston Association of REALTORS®. He loves what he does and looks forward to waking up every day and WOWing his clients by doing whatever it takes to satisfy.
