The idea behind AskOzzie.com is to provide a place where anyone can go to gather real estate information that pertains specifically to the Pearland and Greater Houston markets. Since real estate, mortgage, credit repair, and all of the industries in between are ever changing, we do our best to keep the most up to date information on our site. Expect to see items changing on a daily basis. Some pages will be deleted once they lose relevancy and others will expand as programs and processes are amended.

This site is run by licensed REALTORS®, Mortgage Professionals and Credi Repair Experts that currently operate in the Pearland and Greater Houston area. Since we are constantly helping people and companies to buy, sell, and lease all types of real estate we continue to stay abreast of the trends and changes as they occur. We will make it our mission to relay as much of this knowledge to anyone that wishes to acquire it by blogging and uploading content on a daily, maybe even an hourly basis.
